Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire (Hybrid working)

As we plan and shape the new communities of southern Manydown we have created a new role to help us develop solutions for the infrastructure required to support the delivery of c8,600 homes. The role will focus on leading our work on assessing the opportunity to provide a new crossing over the railway line connecting the communities of north and south Manydown and be able to co-ordinate technical specialists to produce the necessary evidence to inform business cases. We are also working with other utility companies to identify how we deliver power and water to the development. Candidates will have experience in working collaboratively with organisations such as Network Rail, Heritage England, Thames Water along with managing technical specialists.

A key part of the role is the development of successful business cases and candidates will need to demonstrate that they have produced or been closely involved in producing business cases.
